For us, the foundation and its activities are not means to an end but an end in itself. It is also pertinent to state that our commitment to the ideals of the perennial validity of the Truth Principles of Chief Anyiam Osigwe is guided by his own admonition on the pitfalls of obsessive nostalgia.
Thus, the inspiration we draw from his fountain is purposed at breaking new grounds in understanding and real advances in human development.

The Foundation Philosophy
While on this plane Chief Anyiam-Osigwe adopted and propagated an approach to existence which is premised on the universality of Truth, and emphasized the harmony that exists in the teachings of such great masters as Christ, Mohammed, Buddha and Confucius.
His practical application of these universal teachings and principles convey an insight into the feasibility of their application in the context of everyday life towards an improvement of the composite welfare of the individual.
The organic nature of this approach evokes in us a compelling desire not only to preserve it, but to build on it and continue its propagation to ensure that the earnest contributions of Chief Anyiam-Osigwe to the spiritual economic and socio-political welfare of humanity remains available to human experience in fulfillment of his wish to “continue to serve God at all levels of consciousness as an instrument of His Divine Will for the Good of Humanity.
Conscious of the need to institute a forum in perpetual pursuant to these aspirations, the founding members of the Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe Foundation have caused to be inaugurated the Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe Foundation as the organization to continue the work of contributing positively to Human Development in all its ramifications through those ideals that inspired the public spirited endeavors and exemplary lifestyle of Chief Emmanuel Onyechere Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe.
